2 Cutie Patooties
About a month ago this new direct sales company fell in my lap!! I was actually contemplating signing up with ThirtyOne when a friend of mine posted about this new company on Facebook. At the time 2 Cutie Patooties still didn't have 100 consultants nationwide!! What made my mind up to sign was the ability to start out with a great new company, with really cute affordable products on the ground floor. Looking at the big picture, I wondered where all the first 100 ladies were with these other popular direct sales companies... I wanted in on that!!
For $88 I received the kit you see pictured. You get to choose your own monograms for each piece!! And once I got my kit, I was off running with this new venture! I've had many successful catalog parties, some home shows, set up for vendor events and most importantly I've been able to quickly build my team. In less than a month I had already signed six new consultants!! This company is just amazing! And because the items are so new, everyone has been super interested in selling the products and having parties!! I've been very busy!! I was the first consultant in Valdosta, GA!
You receive 20% of your sales immedietly and you also get a monthly commission check from your downline! We have fun contests! Last month I won a recruiting contest and got to pick one item from our catalog that I wanted for FREE!
We have a monthly goal of selling $150. Once you've done that you're considered an active consultant. That gets you two items at 50% and each additional $100 you sell gets you another item at half off!! * Once you're a consultant with 2CP you're always a consultant. No monthy sales quotas.... :)
If you want any further information about the company, joining my team or having a party to earn FREE products just shoot me an email at 2cutiemwhiteley@gmail.com
Our Fall Holiday Tree
OK, so my Fall mood also trickled into the house!! I changed out my Summer tree for the Fall tree yesterday! I LOVE our holiday tree! There are so many options for decorating this tree. If you don't have one look for them after the Christmas holiday when they go on sale!
For this years Fall tree I hand made candy corns out of felt!! Super affordable and the girls were able to help me glue the pieces together! Best part is that the felt sticks to the branches of my tree so I didn't need any hanging apparatus for these cute decorations.
I also added in Fall leaves and a few pumpkins, ghosts and black cats!!
** The felt candy corns were super affordable! Each sheet of felt is appx .22... So, I bought 2 of each color and it yielded me about 15 candy corns (they are about 6" tall). A grand total of $1.32 since I already had craft glue at home! Enjoy!
Happy Fall Y'all
We've had a few mornings with that wonderful cool crispness to the air and that's really put me in the mood for Fall.... So, yesterday I decided to make this for our front flower bed. It was super easy and only took about an hour. (with the help of my husband, of course)
We happened to have a scrap piece of plywood in the garage but you can purchase a sheet of plywood at Lowe's for around $20 and it would make tons of pumpkins. I had a piece about 3'x3' in size to make these three pumpkins.
I drew the pumpkins on the plywood with a pencil for my husband to cut out. Once he had them cut out I went to work painting the pumpkins. I used 3 colors (orange, yellow and brown) to give the pumpkins some depth... I used a green to add the swirly vines at the pumpkins stump ** Adding the Happy Fall Y'all to the largest of the pumpkins!! We attached the pumpkins to wooden stakes (we cut out of the scrap plywood) with nails and then added a clear coat (spray paint) to protect the pumpkins from the weather.
We think they turned out great and it only took us about an hour! Appx. cost with the wood, paint, nails and clear coat = $ 10!!
Happy Fall Y'all. :)

Peacock TuTu Dress
So, today I decided to make my three year old, Megan, a peacock inspired tutu dress. This is super simple and anyone with little girls should give it a try!!
Supplies you'll need:
Tulle ~ in as many colors as you like. I used 5 colors in this dress
Elastic any size width
needle and thread
ribbon
scissors
It's just as simple as measuring the distance from ankle to armpit ( double that measurement and add 2" for tying the tulle to the elastic) cut your tulle to measure and then group them by colors and start tying the tulle around the elastic that you've measured to fit the child across their chest and sewn. Once you've finished tying the tulle all the way around the elastic then run a ribbon from front to back under the elastic for the shoulder straps. No need to sew this ~ just tie a pretty bow. :)

Upcycled Peg Shelf
So, I saved this little gem from the local donations shop from a friend.... I've always had the ability to make gently used items new again!! I love this particular save!! I needed a way to better organize my necklaces and braclets and thought this would be a perfect way to do so! The peg shelf just needed a little sprucing up!!
First I removed the wallpaper border and sanded all the leftover resadue off the shelf. Always start with a clean canvas for best results.. Then it was just as simple as using black craft paint to revamp this peg shelf. I used about three coats of paint ~ letting each one dry inbetween! And I found it was easiest to use puff paint to monogram this peg shelf with my initials. Clear coat the entire shelf and added the ribbon for hanging. Super easy!!

Mother's Day Flower Pot!!
I made this for my mom for Mother's day.... It's a bamboo flower pot with our family pics decoupaged to the exterior. She is going to love it. I spayed a clear coat to protect it after the pictures dried and hot glued a ribbon and bow! Super easy but very time consuming..... It was worth the time!!
